Lumpen Comics #143 Release Party at 100 Million

On Saturday July 19th from 6-8pm, 100 Million, a new art space in KC, will host a release party for Lumpen Comics Issue #143, an all-comics magazine that I co-edited and contributed to!

100 Million is in my home neighb of Waldo, in an alley between 222 and 332 W. 75th St., Kansas City, MO. Here are two photos I took of the approach:

Ed Lumpen has been publishing Lumpen magazine out of Chicago since 1991. Ed saw Read the Room, the show Tim Brown, Thayer N G Bray, Jason Lips, and I co-curated at Charlotte Street Foundation last year, and invited us to collaborate with him and Joe Tallarico on editing this all-comics issue of Lumpen that brings together KC and Chicago cartoonists.
